Arcot monitoring has detected intermittent response failures impacting Add Account API calls. Our internal teams are actively investigating the issue and working towards resolution.
Impact: There is no impact on banking transactions or enrollments. Initial investigation confirms that the issue is limited to success responses for Add Account API calls not reaching the customer backend systems. However, the accounts are being added successfully on Arcot end.
