    Service Availability: The service will be unavailable within the duration of the maintenance. Although the duration of this maintenance is scheduled for 24 hours, we anticipate the duration to be shorter. You will be notified upon completion.

    Details: In an effort to address recently identified issues with our Clarity service, the Clarity SaaS team is applying a product patch to your environments. The following issues are addressed as part of this maintenance activity:

  • DE60880 - MUX Timesheet Availability does not match Classic (Days). KB Article
  • DE62451 - MUX Timesheets - Non-workdays are not being highlighted. KB Article
  • DE62594 - MUX Timesheet Available Hours only use Standard Calendar. KB Article
  • DE63317 - 16.0 Incremental Load DWH Fails with syntax error. KB Article
  • DE63232 - API-1019 Error while editing an attribute post upgrade to 16.0. KB Article
  • DE63339 - Data for MVL lookup attributes missing in DWH starting 16.0. KB Article

    Actions Required: Please test after this maintenance is completed to confirm the issues listed have been resolved.

    These issues will be addressed in your Production environment in a later maintenance for which you will receive a separate notification.
