On July 27, 2023, between 03:46 and 03:58 UTC, DX SaaS login page failed to load and customers experienced data gaps in the US region due to an underlying issue with our cloud service provider.

The issue has been resolved at this point and we will monitor the service for stability. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
