Broadcom is performing routine resilience testing on its Email Security.cloud service. This testing simulates a loss of one of the mail processing regions that processes email for customers configured on our US infrastructure.
During this period the impacted geographic region will be monitored closely by Operational and Engineering teams to ensure there is no impact to our service.
Timing:
The testing will begin on January 14, 2026, at 13:30 UTC, for a period of 4 hours.
Impact:
No customer impact is expected from this testing and all aspects of our service are expected to function as normal.
