Spike in Transactions failing with status Unavailable

Earlier today, Arcot noticed a spike in 3D Secure 1.x transaction failures (status Unavailable) from 09:10 GMT to 09:17 GMT. Our internal teams are working to understand the cause of this issue. We continue to monitor the transaction health closely.
