We understand that some of our customers are dealing with the impacts of vendor outages all over the IT news since Friday, 19th July 2024. To ease out the impact, we would like to minimize changes in the production monitoring environments in the best interest of our users. The current scheduled maintenance is being postponed. We will notify you about the new upgrade date soon.

DX SaaS, a division of Broadcom, will be performing scheduled maintenance in the US region to upgrade to the latest version.

This upgrade launches the unified AIOps and Observability product: DX Operational Observability (DX O2). DX Operational Observability (DX O2) combines capabilities of DX APM, DX Operational Intelligence, DX App Experience Analytics, and synthetic app data into a single unified tool with a common user experience for your IT Operations & SRE, Monitoring, Business, and Application Development teams to reduce user onboarding time and increase productivity and collaboration.

The maintenance window is scheduled for July 22, 2024, at 02:00 UTC and may last up to 4 hours.

Impact

During this time, the DX SaaS may lead to data gaps, delays in processing the latest Sessions, Service Alarms, Tickets, and Email/Webhook notifications and UI inaccessibility for 30 minutes within the maintenance window.
