Broadcom will perform general maintenance to the Cloud SWG POP in Shanghai, China (ACNSH) POP on October 28, 2025, starting at 17:00 UTC, for a duration of 4 hours.

Impact

Expect the site to be completely unavailable during the maintenance window.

Required Action

Prior to the maintenance date:

  • IPsec: Switch to your secondary tunnel prior to the maintenance window. Traffic from on-prem IPSec firewalls will automatically switch to the backup tunnels if redundant tunnels are configured on customer firewalls. If not, the customer needs to reconfigure the firewall to point to the designated backup Cloud SWG site.
  • Explicit proxy and proxy forwarding: Customers directing traffic to proxy.threatpulse.net will be automatically redirected by the service to the nearest alternate site during the maintenance window.
  • Agent: no actions required.
