Service Notification : Migration of Symantec Web Isolation into Cloud SWG

Broadcom has begun notifying a selected group of customers via email about the upcoming transition of Web Isolation into the new Consolidated SWG Policy. See the Tech Docs for more information.

This change requires the administrators who received the email communication to perform the following manual configuration.

Required Action

  • If you were notified, please review the migration framework and guide for detailed configurations. You must complete the migration process within 90 days to maintain service continuity.
  • Respond to the support case with your desired automatic migration option.

Impact

  • Broadcom is initiating the migration process on a per-tenant basis.
  • This update impacts only customers who receive the official email notification.
