VIP Service Interruption
We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.
On October 23, 2023 between 19:44 UTC to 19:48 UTC (12:44 to 12:48 PST), VIP customers may have experienced service interruption when accessing/using VIP services.
We have performed a site switch to restore service. This was a short lived incident and we are no longer seeing an issue. We continue to monitor the service for stability and provide updates as more information becomes available.
