On February 3, 2021, between 14:00 UTC and 14:25 UTC, customers using the below products may have experienced issues accessing the Cloud Portal.

• Symantec Endpoint Security Complete • Symantec Endpoint Security Enterprise • Endpoint Detection and Response (CDM) • Cloud Workload Protection

The cause of this issue has been addressed and Cloud Portal access is restored. No other aspect of these products were impacted during the incident.
