Full Web Isolation and High-Risk Isolation Service Update September 27, 2026
Broadcom will perform scheduled maintenance on the Web Isolation service to introduce new capabilities, improve stability, and continue to optimize the service.
Timing
The maintenance window will run on September 27, 2026. All maintenance will occur between 08:00 UTC and 18:00 UTC.
Impact
The activity only affects Cloud SWG customers who use the Consolidated SWG Policy for Full Web Isolation or for High-Risk Isolation (No impact on customers who manage their Web Isolation policies in the Web Isolation management portal).
During this maintenance event, end users might experience temporary service degradation on isolated sessions (e.g., browser tabs may refresh automatically).
