App Control File Reputation Service Maintenance (US Region) - March 14, 2026
Carbon Black, a division of Broadcom, will be performing maintenance for the App Control File Reputation Service in the US Region beginning March 14, 2026 at 18:00 UTC, and concluding by March 15, 2026 00:00 UTC, for a duration of six hours.
During the maintenance window:
- Enable and Configure Carbon Black File Reputation under System Configuration -> License page will be unavailable.
- Loading specific file reputation data through "View Carbon Black Reputation Data" button on the File Details pages will be unavailable
- The File Catalog tab on the Files page will continue to show trust and threat score for currently known files as is without any impact.
- The File Catalog tab on the Files page will not show trust and threat score for newly discovered files during the maintenance window.
- The File Catalog tab on the Files page will not show updated trust and threat score of existing files if it is updated during the maintenance window. Updated values will reflect after the window
