Broadcom will perform maintenance on the Cloud SWG Service on October 28, 2025, starting at 18:00 UTC, for a duration of 4 hours, on the following Cloud SWG POPs:

  • Mumbai, India (GINMU)
  • Abu Dhabi, UAE (GAEAD)

Impact

Cloud Firewall Service (CFS) and Symantec ZTNA(Secure Access Cloud (SAC)) service will be unavailable for a few minutes during the maintenance window.

SAML Users are advised to re-authenticate if they see problems with CFS or ZTNA access (Secure Access Cloud (SAC))
