From 2/12 1:45 AM to 2/13 16:20 PM Pacific Time our backend was having an issue causing US hosted Sensor processing to be delayed. Additionally, on-premises functionality that relies on our backend (for example, registering new appliances) was affected. The Analysis API was not affected. This has been resolved, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Monitoring

A fix has been implemented and backlog is now being absorbed.

A backend issue is causing processing delays for hosted sensors. We are actively investigating this issue.
