Engineering teams have identified a workaround for this issue and we invite any customer who needs to change their inbound email delivery route from one IP address to another to contact support for assistance in doing this safely. This will be the final update for this incident
Please be advised that a small subset of customers may experience email delays after updating a failing Inbound route. This issue will only affect emails in "retry" status. New emails are not affected. As new information becomes available, we will update this posting. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
