We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.

Monitoring

On July 29, 2024 between 5:30 and 6:38 UTC, Symantec ZTNA customers in the EU region may have experienced blocked access to Segment Applications when Device Posture policies were configured due to a device posture incident.

Our engineering teams identified the cause of the issue and a fix was implemented. As of 6:38 UTC, the access should be available and customers should no longer experience the issue.

We will continue to monitor the service for stability and provide updates as more information becomes available.
