Please be advised that the VMware Kubernetes Engine Service team will be performing maintenance on the Service as part of an upgrade to VKE clusters. VMware Kubernetes service will be available throughout the maintenance as individual clusters are upgraded in sequence.

Impact: Production Clusters – Users should not experience any downtime during the upgrade but could expect normal impacts to their applications associated with draining nodes and rescheduling pods.
Development Clusters – Users will experience brief downtime of the Kubernetes API and dashboard while the master node is replaced. Post replacement of master node Users should expect normal impacts to applications associated with draining nodes and rescheduling pods.
