Brief disruption to AppNeta logins and PathView reporting

On June 6th at 03:53 UTC, a database instance backing one of our core authentication services failed. Within ~6 minutes, the failed instance had been automatically removed from service and replaced by its hot-standby replica. Service was restored just after 04:00 UTC.

During this brief service interruption, logins to AppNeta products failed, and PathView scheduled reports may not have been successfully delivered.
