Broadcom will extend the IP range for ep-all.threatpulse.net and ep-roundrobin.threatpulse.com from 11 to 32 IPs starting on February 05, 2025. Please review carefully if you are using explicit traffic redirection over IPsec tunnels to Cloud SWG.
The IP range will be changed as follows:
Required Action
Prior to the maintenance date, if you have explicit traffic redirection over IPsec tunnels to Cloud SWG pointing to ep-all.threatpulse.net) or ep-roundrobin.threatpulse.com and firewall rules regulating traffic from your network to Cloud SWG, your firewall rules should be adjusted to allow traffic to the new IPs (199.19.250.215 - 199.19.250.235).
Failure to make these changes will prevent users from connecting to Cloud SWG.
