We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.
On March 18, 2025 between 11:15 and 11:56 UTC, Carbon Black Cloud customers in the US region would have been unable to access the cloud console.
As of 11:56 UTC, service has been restored. There was no impact to protection services.
We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as more information becomes available.
