On September 21, 2021, between 07:10 UTC and 10:10 UTC, customers in the NAM region may have experienced connectivity issues with the DLP Cloud Service for Email.

The issue was identified on the Email Security.cloud infrastructure and a firewall fail-over was performed to fix the issue. Customers should no longer experience any issues.
