On October 22, 2025 between 13:20 and 14:10 UTC, Customer connections may have intermittently failed for sites configured to use the DEI (Dedicated Egress IP) features in London, England (GGBLO) POP.
As of 14:10 UTC, the service has been restored. We are now monitoring the service for stability and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
