Access to the EDR portal is restored, and customers should be able to access the portal without issues. We are continuing to monitor the service to ensure there are no further problems. We will provide an update as more information becomes available.
Customers may continue to intermittently receive errors when accessing the EDR portal. However, backend analytic processing should continue to function and will be accessible once the we resolve the intermittent availability of the EDR portal.
