Engineering has deployed a fix to mitigate the issue preventing AWS Full Family accounts from running partner generated bills, and work to process the backlog is underway. Impacted customers may continue to see gaps in Cost reporting until the CUR backlog is processed. It may take up to 24 - 48 hours for updated reporting to be available in Cost and Usage reporting.

Current Impact: While the underlying issue impacting generation of partner generated bills has been resolved, cost reporting data for impacted customers will not reflect up-to-date costs until backlog processing has been completed.
Update: VMware Engineering teams have resolved the issue and are currently undertaking remediation works to update reporting for impacted Customers. Further updates will be shared as they become available.
Identified: The partner engineering team has identified the root cause of the issue and preparing a code deploy to rectify the issue with PGB report processing. Once deployed, we will verify PGB report processes are running and reports are generating as expected.
Investigating: We are investigating an issue that is causing a delay in AWS Partner Generated Cost and Usage data. We will provide the next update in 2 hours.
