Broadcom Engineering has addressed this issue through the software upgrade performed on March 22nd. With several days of confirmed stability, we now consider the issue addressed.

Identified

We have experienced a handful of new instances of this issue and are continuing to work on a long-term fix.

Monitoring

All application nodes have been stable from last night through to this afternoon. Broadcom Engineering will continue to monitor and address any issues as they arise.

Monitoring

The mitigation has been applied to all Application nodes. We expect to see a higher level stability from the platform as we implement a permanent fix.

Identified

Broadcom Engineering is planning a mitigation that should significantly reduce the likelihood of this issue occurring while we address a long term fix. This will be put in place at 12:00am UST and will require a very brief restart of services. During this restart, the WebUI and API for AppNeta will be unavailable.

Identified

Broadcom Engineering has identified an issue affecting all AppNeta application nodes which is causing infrequent, brief periods of instability on the WebUI. During this time, the WebUI may be briefly unresponsive. Broadcom Engineering is investigating this issue and working on mitigations to put in place.
