We have applied the necessary updates to the relay server and confirmed the service is now stable. This incident will be closed now.

Investigating

Broadcom engineering has identified an issue causing the blocking of new Monitoring Points from our Monitoring Point Connection Relay. At this time, some Monitoring Points may be failing to connect through that relay.

We are scheduling an emergency maintenance from 1PM ET to 2PM ET on March 31 to address this issue. During this maintenance, Monitoring Points connected via the Monitoring Point Relay will briefly disconnect and reconnect.
