We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.

Broadcom Engineering has applied the previously mentioned mitigation, which appears to have been successful in addressing the issue. We will continue to monitor the system across the day and through the weekend.

Broadcom Engineering has identified a fix that appears to mitigate this issue. We are applying this mitigation to all application nodes and do not expect any customer facing impact.

Broadcom Engineering is investigating an issue affecting all application nodes whereby some monitoring points are not being marked offline, despite having been disconnected from the AppNeta platform for greater than five minutes.
