The app-19 application node is operating as expected at this point. Given the duration of the outage, combined with maintenance, we believe some Web Paths will have experienced some loss of data during this time. Broadcom Engineering is investigating and will provide more info to affected customers.
We will continue to monitor this application node through the night.
The app-19 application node has been rolled back to the previous release and service has been restored. All users on this application node should be able to use it as expected.
Broadcom Engineering has identified the root cause of this issue and is working towards remediation. We will post an update here shortly.
