Monitoring

We have identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Investigating

Broadcom engineering is aware of Network & Web Path Management issues on the app-13 application node.

These issues may present as:

  • 500 internal server error pages loading some network & web paths
  • Failure to create or modify existing network & web paths
  • Failure to migrate monitoring

We are investigating these issues and will provide updates.
