Our internal team was able to take recovery measures which confirm that the spike in 3D-Secure transaction failures with transaction status Unavailable has stopped. Our teams will continue to monitor the transactions closely and with this update, we confirm that this incident stands resolved.

At this point, we confirm that our internal teams are working on service recovery on priority. We notice that the present problem is impacting a certain section of 3-D Secure transactions causing them to fail with status Unavailable. We shall get back to you with the next update at 04:00 AM GMT.

Arcot is currently experiencing a problem with 3D-Secure transaction processing. Incident Response teams have been engaged and are working on it.
