Arcot will be performing planned maintenance activity between 0100 GMT and 0700 GMT, 20 February 2022. During this time, teams will be performing monthly database archival, software updates for the Network components, firmware update for storage devices and standard patching for DNS servers.

Given the nature of the work, there may be intermittent impact to transactions (5 minutes impact in total) between 0100-0130 GMT and so this maintenance window has been planned during the lowest transaction volumes for our global customers.

During the anticipated 5 minute impact, it is unlikely that the card schemes will 'stand in' and so during this period both 3DS 1.x and EMV3DS transactions may fail with status 'Failed' or 'Unavailable'. Our internal team would take all the necessary measures to ensure that the impact to transactions are kept to a minimum between 0100-0130 GMT
