Arcot confirms to have observed lower than usual transaction volume being processed and this could be due to cardholder behavior where lesser than usual number of transactions were being performed between 0930 HRS GMT and 1030 HRS GMT. This was noticed for both 3DS 1.0.2 and EMV3DS transactions and all checks were done to confirm no issues noticed on Arcot for this observation.
