Arcot confirms that the drop in incoming AREQ from MasterCard scheme is resolved. The MasterCard transaction processing continues to be stable and continues to happen with normal success rate. With this update we confirm that the incident stands resolved.

Arcot confirms that the transaction processing continues to be stable with normal success rates and we are closely monitoring the same.

Impact: MasterCard Transactions during the earlier noticed problem window may have experienced increased latency with the Arcot ACS resulting in increased directory server timeouts and Incomplete, or Unavailable Authentications. The cardholders may have experienced failures in attempting to make purchases. If 'Attempts' processing was not available for this transaction, it was likely that the cardholder may be have been prompted for another payment method.

Arcot continues to stay focused on transaction health monitoring and shall get back to you with the next update by 12:30 HRS GMT.
