The two-way TLS certificate used to secure the API connection between your organization and Arcot will expire on 13 Jan 2023. To obtain the certificates, follow the link to our knowledge base https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?articleId=250093 and download the file listed 1663254854977__secure4ssl_arcot_com_258026738.zip. The root and intermediate remain unchanged and only a new leaf certificate has been issued.

Arcot’s recommendation is to trust the Root and Intermediate certificates only. If you are required to also trust the Leaf certificate, please ensure that all three certificates are loaded into your Trust Store. To avoid impact to service, the existing certificates must not be removed until they have expired. Once you have installed the new certificates, please create a case through the Broadcom Support portal (https://support.broadcom.com/) so that Arcot can verify connectivity before switching production traffic to use the new certificates. Arcot will also monitor the transactions post switching of the production traffic and notify if required. Arcot will also monitor the transactions post switching of the production traffic and notify if required.

Arcot plans to switch traffic to use the new certificates at 0500 GMT on 18 October 2022 (to complete it before the freeze period) and your changes will need to be completed by 14 October 2022.

If you have any questions, kindly create a case through the Broadcom Support Portal (https://support.broadcom.com/) .

Sincerely, Arcot Support Team
