Arcot confirms that transaction processing has recovered. Internal teams were able to take necessary actions to restore challenge transaction health and with this update we confirm that the incident stands resolved.

Arcot continues to monitor the risk evaluation of EMV3DS transaction closely. The earlier elevated rate of risk evaluation failure continue to show a downward trend. Arcot is focusing on complete service recovery and continues to stay engaged with its internal teams.

Impact: Banking transactions and transaction authentication may experience delays, potentially resulting in denials based on fallback rules. If fallback processing is enabled, cardholders may face additional challenges for transactions that would typically not require them. Transactions could be denied during the AREQ stage or if the challenge process fails.

Arcot continues to monitor risk evaluation health and will provide the next update by 12:15 HRS GMT.
