Identified

Description: Connection from Threat Hunter EU to Backend may be unavailable or fail intermittently. Sensor may be unable to upload latest events from an endpoint, look up reputation of a new file or receive a configuration change from Threat Hunter EU Backend. During these intermittent periods, some data may not be retransmitted as expected, leading to possible loss of visibility.

Security Impact: Visibility of events and alerts related to Prevention and Detection may be temporarily delayed or, in some cases, not transmitted.

We are currently working on a fix for this issue and working diligently to restore the service back to normal performance. We thank you for your patience as we identify and resolve the issue.
