From 12:00 PM EDT - 4:08 PM EDT, the following degradations may have been noticed:
AUDIT & REMEDIATION - US Results Processing Degraded: Some customers may have experienced delays in receiving results from queries.
ENDPOINT STANDARD/PREVENTION - US 5, US 1 Device Services Degraded: Connection from ENDPOINT STANDARD/PREVENTION Sensor to ENDPOINT STANDARD/PREVENTION - US 5, 1 Backend may have failed intermittently. CB Defense Sensor may have been delayed uploading latest events from an endpoint or receive a configuration change from ENDPOINT STANDARD - US 5, 1 Backend. There was no data loss.
ENTERPRISE EDR Event Processing and Enterprise EDR Watchlist Processing: Some event data and watchlist detection may have been delayed. Your endpoints were still being monitored for activity, but visibility of event and detection data may have been temporarily delayed. There was no data loss.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the response.
Description: Connection from ENDPOINT STANDARD Sensor to ENDPOINT STANDARD - US 5, 1 Backend may fail intermittently. CB Defense Sensor may be unable to upload latest events from an endpoint or receive a configuration change from ENDPOINT STANDARD - US 5, 1 Backend.
Security Impact: Prevention capabilities of ENDPOINT STANDARD - US 5, 1 are unaffected. Visibility of events and alerts related to Prevention and Detection may be temporarily delayed until normal operation of Device Services Processing is restored.
