The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
Description: Cloud Reputation Services utilized by ENDPOINT STANDARD may be unavailable or in a degraded state. ENDPOINT STANDARD Sensor may be unable or take longer than normal to look up reputation of a new file found on an endpoint.
Customer Impact: Detection and Prevention capabilities of ENDPOINT STANDARD may be temporarily weakened, depending on policy settings, until normal operation of Reputation Services is restored.
