Monitoring

We have identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Investigating

We are aware of customers in the Japan region currently experiencing degraded performance with Device Services and Event Processing.

Customers may experience the following:

  • Delayed alerts or events
  • Possible issues with policy assignment and mass sensor management
  • Long time to open MS Office documents and PDF files on devices with the CBC Sensor installed

Our engineering teams are engaged and actively investigating the issue. There is no impact to security efficacy. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
