  • Impact: After the migration is complete Clarity SaaS notifications, for maintenance and incidents, will be received from the new email address below. The Clarity status page URL is also changing to the new link listed below.

    In the new platform, you will be able to see all Clarity SaaS regions and groups status. You will no longer see your individual environments listed.

  • Action Required: Broadcom will automatically migrate your existing subscription(s) from the previous platform to the new platform.

    You will need to ensure that you bookmark https://status.broadcom.com as this will now be the single URL that will be used to review notification history and maintain notification subscriptions.

    We also recommend you work with your network team to whitelist the new sender email address (service.status@broadcom.com) to ensure delivery of future emails.
