The Clarity SaaS team will be performing the following scheduled maintenance to improve the performance and reliability of Clarity SaaS:

  • Reference ID: TBD

  • Service Availability: The Clarity SaaS application will be available during the maintenance duration.

  • Schedule: The maintenance will be performed at the start time listed in this announcement below.

  • Details: The Broadcom login SSL certificate utilized on “login.broadcom.com” is currently scheduled to expire and will be replaced February 17, 2024. Notes for this update:

    • The root certificate is not changing
    • The Certificate Authority issuing the certificate ​​(i.e, Digicert) is not changing
    • The Intermediate CA certificate will be updated

  • Actions Required: Depending on the user authentication method you utilize to access Clarity SaaS, one of the two following actions is needed:

    • If you utilize Federated Single Sign On (SSO), it is recommended that this information be provided to your security team for their review
    • If you utilize native Clarity user authentication (storing and maintaining user passwords in the Clarity application), no actions are required

  • Impacts: No impacts to end users are anticipated for most customers. Some customers that maintain a custom certificate store, may need to update their store with the new certificate; request the new certificate from Broadcom Support below. If required, perform the update to your certificate store prior to this maintenance to avoid interruption of end user access.
