  • Summary: This notification is to inform you that the Clarity SaaS team will be applying a product patch to your environment to address an issue as identified below.

  • Schedule: The maintenance will be performed at the time listed in this notice.

  • Service Availability: The oData service will be unavailable within the duration of the maintenance but the Clarity application will remain available. You will be notified upon completion.

  • Impact: This maintenance will update Clarity SaaS with a product patch. This patch will not include new functionality. The following specific impacts are anticipated:

    • During the maintenance duration, the Clarity application will be available
    • The OData Service will not be available
    • Running Load DWH jobs during the maintenance could see the job fail upon updating the OData service. However, running the job after the scheduled maintenance will resolve the issue
    • You will not be able to pull any data from DWH using OData during the maintenance duration

  • Action Required: If you utilize oData, please test after this maintenance is completed to confirm the issues listed have been resolved. Otherwise, no actions are required.

    NOTE: These issues will be addressed in your Production environment in a later maintenance for which you have received a separate notification.
