  • Summary: The Clarity SaaS team will be performing scheduled monthly maintenance activity as detailed in this notice.

  • Schedule: See start time and duration below

  • Service Availability: You will experience intermittent access to your Non-production and Production Clarity SaaS applications and to SSO user authentication during the entire duration of the maintenance. Performance of all environments may be degraded during the entire duration of the maintenance.

  • Impact: No functionality updates are being made during this maintenance.

  • Action Required: In order to minimize impact to your business processes, Broadcom recommends taking the following actions to your Non-production and Production Clarity SaaS applications prior to the start of the maintenance:

    • Pause all scheduled Jobs, Interfaces, and Reports
    • Reschedule external integration jobs outside of the maintenance window

    After maintenance is complete:

    • Login to each of your impacted Clarity SaaS applications
    • Resume all paused schedules
