We have identified the cause of the issue and deployed a fix that has restored connectivity to Tel Aviv (GILTA1). We will now monitor the data center for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

We are currently aware that customers using the Tel Aviv (GILTA1) are experiencing connectivity issues. IPSEC customers will automatically be failed over to backup tunnels and non-IPSEC customers will automatically be connected to alternative data centers. We will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
