Broadcom will perform maintenance on the Cloud SWG Service for the Hong Kong (GCNHK) POP on July 22, 2025, starting at 18:00 UTC, for a duration of 4 hours.
Impact
Cloud Firewall Service (CFS) and Symantec ZTNA(Secure Access Cloud (SAC)) service will be unavailable for a few minutes during the maintenance window.
SAML Users are advised to re-authenticate if they see problems with CFS or ZTNA access (Secure Access Cloud (SAC)).
