Cloud SWG: Service Maintenance (Multiple Americas POPs) July 24, 2025
Broadcom will perform maintenance on the Cloud SWG Service on July 24, 2025, starting at 22:00 UTC, for a duration of 4 hours, on the following Cloud SWG POPs:
- Buenos Aires, Argentina (GARBA)
- Portland, Oregon (GUSPO)
- Sao Paulo, Brazil (GBRSP)
Impact
Cloud Firewall Service (CFS) and Symantec ZTNA(Secure Access Cloud (SAC)) service will be unavailable for a few minutes during the maintenance window.
SAML Users are advised to re-authenticate if they see problems with CFS or ZTNA access (Secure Access Cloud (SAC)).
