Identified

We have developed a fix which is scheduled to be globally deployed by July 11, 2025. We will provide updates as they become available.

Identified

We continue to work on a permanent fix. Until a resolution is available, workarounds are either to upgrade to the latest WSS Agent, version 9.6.1 or later, or to disable "Block legacy CTCv1 communications" on the Portal. We will provide updates as new information becomes available.

Identified

WSS Agent for Windows and macOS, running versions older than 9.6.1, might experience issues while connecting to the Cloud SWG service, when "Block legacy CTCv1 communications" is enabled on the Cloud SWG Portal. This setting can be found on the Portal, in the Connectivity section. Until a resolution is available, workarounds are either to upgrade to the latest WSS Agent, version 9.6.1 or later, or to disable "Block legacy CTCv1 communications" on the Portal.
