Broadcom will perform a general maintenance to the Cloud SWG Control and Reporting Services on Tuesday, 22nd of September, starting at 21:00 UTC, for a duration of 11 hours.
Please review the section below as some impact may occur during the maintenance.
Impact
- Localization Service Monitoring infrastructure (LSM):
- In Cloud Portal, you might not see the site connection details for the locations during the maintenance window. Real-time traffic filtering will not be impacted by this maintenance.
- In Cloud Portal, you might not see the site connection details for the locations during the maintenance window. Real-time traffic filtering will not be impacted by this maintenance.
- System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM):
- SCIM service may be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance window
- Portal may see intermittent connectivity issues with SCIM
- User and Group synchronization will not be available, but existing user and group information and policy will continue to work
- SCIM service may be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance window
- Self-Managed Certificate Service (SMC):
- Users may experience Self-Managed Certificate (SMC) service disruption during the maintenance window. Real-time traffic filtering will be impacted for customers using the SMC service.
