We are aware of an issue for UPE customers using a reference proxy upgraded to version 7.3.11.1. With this version, installing a policy on Cloud SWG may fail. We have identified the cause of this issue and a fix in Cloud SWG is being worked on with a target deployment next week. The exact timing will be communicated once the fix is ready and tested. In the meantime, you may downgrade your reference proxy to version 7.3.10.x.

Please note that there is no impact on protection services, and all other aspects of our services remain functional. We will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
