On March 19, 2023, we will perform service-wide maintenance on the Web Isolation Service for Cloud SWG customers connecting via our global data centers.

The maintenance event will start at 13:00 UTC and continue until 19:00 UTC.

Impact

Only Cloud SWG customers who use the Web Isolation add-on will be impacted. During the maintenance window:

  • Web Isolation Portal may be temporarily inaccessible.
  • Users' activity audits during the maintenance period may not be presented in the activity logs.
  • End users might experience a degradation in service during the maintenance period.
